Team

The IPoS team consists of members who reflect the main areas of work. In addition, IPoS has access to an extensive network of specialists and experts both internally and externally at national and international level. We attach great importance to excellent work, high commitment and motivation. The core team of IPoS includes: Prof. Dr.-iur. Trygve Ben Holland LL.M., who is the Head of the Institute and Specialist of EU and International Law, Lecturer and Senior Project Expert; The Vice Head of Institute Prof. Dr. Claudia Kestermann: specialized in Psychology, Criminological Sciences, and Criminal Law; Prof. Dr. Arthur Hartmann: Expert and Specialist for Restorative Justice, Criminal Law and Criminal Proceedings Law;  Sarah Holland-Kunkel: Senior Project- and Process Manager (IPMA), Researcher and Lecturer in Human Rights and Good Governance; Gabriela Piontkowski: Public Prosecutor and Specialist in Victimology and Lecturer/Researcher; Marie Schmidt: Restorative Justice Expert and Project Administrator; Sophie Ridder: Scientific Researcher and Expert for Quantitative Data Analysis and Statistics; Michael Adelmund: Expert in Computational Criminological Sciences, Radicalisation- and Extremism Research; Eric Nissen: Scientific Researcher and Expert for Quantitative Data Analysis and Statistics
